While a select few people indeed enjoy going to work, many that have the 9-5 job would love to find a way out of work. They get and they are jumping for joy (at least that is what I have done in the past). At least if you have to go to work, be able to take a stunning bag so you can stare at it while your boss mumbles some sort of lame and tedious request. Another understated elegant bag from Tod’s which is especially perfect for the work place is the Tods Restyled D-Bag Shopping Media. This supple grained leather tote would be able to fit a modern day lap top (dimensions are 15.5″x 11″x 5″) and still has room for two interior zip pockets on the inside. I am a huge fan of silver hardware, and this bag sports just that along with rolled leather handles and an open top. This would make me smile as I walked to work, despite the fact that there would be 1 million other places I’d rather be. Buy via eLuxury for $1550.

The sales are still going on and I keep hoping to find something I have to have. Typically, I find something that is priced so well that I figure I have to have it, but it sits in my closet until it is given to Goodwill. I am a really awful bargain shopper, the worst kind, but I find it totally justifiable to shop when an item is marked on ’sale’. Now I truly believe if I went for this Prada bag, I would actually use it. The Prada Canvas and Leather Tote combines a canvas body with saffiano leather trim and golden hardware. I love the simplicity of this bag with the elegant touch. It is like a plain vanilla cake with a delightful chocolate butter cream frosting. Ok, I lied, it may not be that good, but it is still a great tote nonetheless. The only aspect that could hold me back is the double handle drop, which info is not given on Saks. If this tote did not have enough wiggle room, the large dimensions (15″W X 12¼”H X 5¾”D) would end up being far too heavy just to carry by hand, completely defeating its original purpose in my handbag mind. There is an optional shoulder strap, but I find this bag to appear far more elegant over the shoulder on in your hands than across your body. I may be completely off my rocker and wrong though. Closely resembling a wax doll or robot, the living in the shadow not really a singer merely a sister of a celebrity stepped out in LA sporting a stunning YSL Patent Tribute Tote. Ashlee is a huge fan of YSL bags and has been seen carrying a few before, but now she has switched to the YSL Patent Leather Tribute Tote. At least the bag is chic.
